24.01.2022 Finally we had some rain last night and tonight. Fingers crossed for some more storms in a few days to get some grass growing.

20.01.2022 Hoping Christmas brings some rain. Desperately looking for rain to grow feed for the sheep to get them fatter and happy. Feeding grain twice a day to keep them going. Hay is rare to find. Cattle since the cattle are on agistment in far north qld since September they have improved and are fat and happy.

19.01.2022 150day old Ram lambs starting to grow out nicely. Feeding 1/2 a biscuit of hay once a day between 10 Rams to keep them quite.

17.01.2022 Wild dogs out and about at the moment had a ewe grabbed and cattle pushed through the fence. Luckily no stock killed just some very nervous animals.

13.01.2022 Glad to have received some rain of late. Finally getting a bit of fresh grass growing for the sheep.

10.01.2022 Sorry for no post for a while drought has been tough. Finally had 7mls of rain over the past 48hrs. Soaked in hopefully some more to come to try and get grass growing again. Sheep are holding ok with minimal to no grass left in the paddocks. Giving out our a small amounts of hay at night to keep them going. Sadly had to send all cattle and Horses away on agistment in FNQ, took 26hrs by truck for them to get some better feed but with just been there over a week they have improved 100%. Fingers crossed for more rain this week. Sheep need feed. Hay is becoming very very hard to find.

05.01.2022 On Friday we were unfortunately the losing bidder on Global Burger who was the Champion Junior and Grand Champion Ram at 2014 National show he went for $16,800. On a positive we did purchase his son. INTRODUCING: Son of Burger.
