Mine right now is sleep I am sleeping at least 2 hours extra every night and my body and my mind are just loving it What are you doing for self support right now? 07.01.2022 I just wanted to share a huge moment of gratitude for all that have honoured me with your time, trust & support to allow me to grow & explore my new offerings my case studies are well and truly finished but I will continue to offer 1/2 sessions to those that need follow up sessions or are in need of support for the next week. I am truly overwhelmed by how amazing TFT is, and can’t wait to share it will you all very very soon. I have been using it myself for years, but it h...as changed so much, become much more refined and works so perfectly with the work that I do and can create such incredible change for so many. Your loyalty, love, feedback & incredible support is always so amazing and these past few weeks has left me in tears many times this work alone is so much a part of who I am and your beautiful words & messages have just been such an incredible gift.
