21.01.2022 Please join me if you can for my last regular Tuesday 6pm class at Cosmic Yoga, and my last class around the Adelaide suburbs. We will turn our attention toward the intuitive heart and practice coming home to an awake and open presence. Through a series of twists, forward folds and choice of backbends we will sense how embodied awareness gives rise to the tender and true qualities of the heart. As we continuously make presence a practice the space in which unfolds becomes wi...se and all knowing, forgiving and reassuring. To all the Cosmic teachers and students, I have learnt so much from you all. Thank you for enriching my path with your presence and our collective efforts towards mindfulness. It has been wonderful, a true refuge, to share in this satsang and I’m very excited to continue to offer classes/events every so often at Cosmic. 02.01.2022 We are so excited to offer round two of Earth Rhythm! This public holiday Monday, 11th March 9.30am at @atmabalayoga we will bathe in the melodic rhythms of the tongue drum, bowls and chimes attuned to healing frequencies while being led through a gentle yoga sequence, softening in to long and sweet holds. We will turn our attention inward, tending to the sacred pulse of life within ourselves, returning home to compassion and a sense of connection to something greater than ourselves.
