13.01.2022 I want to talk about Kanban Boards. Super exciting hey!?!? Some of you might be thinking .... a kanban board? You’ve probably seen one before without realising what it actually was. And there are a few adaptations to suit each individual. ... The board is made of columns and cards (or stickers or tickets). Each column is represented by a specific task which creates a sort of workflow task. Eg. a 3 column board could be to do, doing & done. You put your tasks on the cards and as you complete them you move them across the board. The great thing about Kanban boards is they’re so easily adapted to suit any business, team or individual. And for any purpose to. Trello is the app I use for my phone and computer which is a Kanban board system. This coming year I’ll be having a visual board I can’t close down which is always in view. 11.01.2022 My 2019 goal setting wasn’t easy this year. I usually don’t really do it; or stick to it for that matter. I’ve always had them fresh new year feels. The buzz of a new diary. That new stationery smell. Neat clean writing that by the end of the year somewhat resembles your doctors scribble. I find them completely overwhelming and I feel the pressure intensely if I don’t reach or complete it. This year I am going to break them down into ‘personal goals’ and ‘business goals’. I...’m really going to start small and simple to avoid feeling let down. Plus I’ll be popping them into daily, weekly or monthly goals with a timeline to see how I’m going. Aaahhhhhh I feel clearer already!!
