16.01.2022 Account Feature @handmade_ uki I started working with Handmade Uki earlier this year. It is a beautiful store located in Uki Village, in Northern NSW. The owner already had a great online following, but needed help with posting consistently and with strategic messaging.... I’ve helped re-do their online store (via Shopify platform), social media, email campaigns, and assisted with the soft launch of their online hampers this month. So far, results are good with in-store revenue increased, and one whole line of hampers has sold out (1 week). Engagement on both FB and IG has also improved (engagement is much more important than just likes or followers). This is all from organic campaigns and no paid advertising. This might be another interest outside of your industry.... Does it give me information about your product or service that I might not now ? 15.01.2022 When I read this I am transported back to early Sunday mornings in my childhood, when I had to wait for Kenneth Copelands’ ‘Hour of Power’ ministry show to finish before the cartoons would start. Recently, I have come to know this term in a different way. The wonderful @jodymilward , uses this term in reference to using the first hour of every work day, on YOUR own business. This is especially prevalent for me, as I spend a lot of my days helping small business communicate on social media. Usually the last thing on my to-do list is, doing this for myself. Im going to give this hour of power thing a shot this week, and focus on my own biz first, i’ll let you know how it goes !
15.01.2022 It does say, how committed you are to having a presence on social media. Many service and product based businesses, that have physical locations, have customers that know and love them. They just aren't great at translating that 'in real life' reputation to a digital space and showing a wider audience what makes them great.... I can help with that

13.01.2022 What does @ten_humans mean ? . It’s about how I wanted this business to look & feel and who I wanted to serve. This model is based around providing personal digital management to only 10 clients at any given time. As a business owner I spotted a gap in this market, People who weren’t being serviced. I know that because it used to be me !... I was fortunate enough to find someone to work with, but it wasn’t easy. Most digital or social media management fell into two categories: 1. Large agency type firms who had amazing people but also charged amazingly high rates, and 2. Off the shelf type companies who had stock images and outsourced most of the work overseas. You picked a template and they posted for you. @ten_humans is about providing agency level service, at small business owner rates. It’s also about having a relationship with each business I work with, to truely understand their message and convey it in the way I would, if it were my business, and actually care about the results they are getting.
