20.01.2022 Made some lil gains lately, cannot wait to get right back into it

13.01.2022 I Must say with everything going on at the moment I have noticed myself beginning to slip and to be completely honest I have half assed the last 2 weeks I’m not going to try and justify it, it happens and I really was not looking forward to training today (at all). Unfortunately a large amount of what you see on Instagram is nothing more than a highlight reel which makes it super hard to accept the bad when it inevitably comes. Just know that everyone struggles from time ...to time and it’s pointless comparing your situation to anyone else’s. Extra points if you can guess what inspired me to train today. See more
