11.01.2022 Remember this? Our first official meeting in 2014? It followed a lot of consultation with the community in previous years.

10.01.2022 Can you help tomorrow? At our Community Conversations recently our wonderful guests the LOOP Growers shared a philosophy they like to live by, being actionists rather than activists. This resonated with us, what action can we take today? Even the smallest action within our environment is worthwhile. Organisations like the eco-corridor give you a place to start!

10.01.2022 Do you prefer your fruit and veg grown local and love supporting Samford’s not for profit community organisations? Check out the Millen Farm Farmer’s Market today and every Wednesday 2-5 at the netball courts (between tennis and bowls)

10.01.2022 Samford Commons gratefully acknowledges the award of this grant to MBRC pursuant to the Federal Govts Building Better Regions Fund, together with the efforts of Peter Dutton MP and Darren Grimwade to secure this support and the matched funding which MBRC has committed. As Commons stakeholders, members and the broader Samford community will know, this follows a long history of community engagement and planning. Samford Commons looks forward to continuing to work with stakeh...olders already using the site, namely Millen Farm, Samford Community Library, Samford Support Network and Marist 180, as well as those stakeholders not yet on site and the local community, in engaging with MBRC with the mutual goal of ensuring that development of the site meets the needs of the Samford community. Thank you Peter Dutton MP and Darren Grimwade for sharing our vision for a hub to service the needs of the Samford community. See more
