23.01.2022 RE: COVID-19 20/03/202 Like many businesses in the Samford community and surrounds, we are facing some challenges that we have never experienced before. ... We would like to assure you that we are following all recommendations from the Queensland Government in regards to preventing the spread of the virus, including washing your hands often and properly, staying 1.5 metres away from people coughing or sneezing, and staying home if you’re sick. In addition to our regular hygiene practices, and the above, our staff have increased cleaning of surfaces in our store, increased their hand washing regularity and we have introduced hand sanitisers for use at the front counter. For now, we have also taken the difficult stance on ceasing all handshakes and high-fives with our customers and each other. Our staff have been briefed on symptoms of the virus and if they display any have been advised to stay home, we would ask you to do the same in order for us to provide a continued and safe service for our valued clients. If you have any concerns about visiting us in store we are always available to answer your questions over the phone. Your patronage is very important to us at this uncertain time and we will continue to provide our high level service both in store and on site.
