24.01.2022 We're back up and in action again! As of last weekend our Metro displays are open by appointment only for 15 minute periods which means people wanting to build regionally stuck in Melbourne are able to once again view the homes they'd like to build! Similarly, regionally, we're open without requiring an appointment so come on by to Ballarat or Bendigo,. 15.01.2022 Good news everyone! The government has recently announced a 3 month extension to their COVID homebuilder 25K grant! Details on the grant can be found here - https://www.sro.vic.gov.au/homebuilder-grant-guidelines... In addition to this if you're building in a regional area such as Ballarat or Bendigo and are a first home owner you're also eligible for an additional $20,000 grant bringing the total to a $45,000 government contribution to your home! 08.01.2022 Hi all, I hope everyone had a great Easter! Just an update that I'm now based out of our Ballarat display at 28 Shortridge Drive, Lucas from Thursday to Sunday! News this week in Ballarat is the launch of Carringum Estate Stage 9 off of Ballarat-Carngham Road with 19 lots available to build on! This stage backs onto the already established Yorkdale estate for easy access through to Greenhalghs Road.... For those that are unsure of the process we can put a lot on hold for you temporarily while we work together to design your home. It's imperative to be quick in the current market because estate releases are literally selling out within a week which then pushes titling timeframes further back and land prices higher.
