22.01.2022 Give this one a try only 5 movements but rep that shit!!For high reps of 15+ and feel that BURN! 1. Stiff deadlifts a.k.a the bend and snap 2. Vertical leg press, i love this machine. It really gets those hamstring fired up 3. Abduction machine. Great to burn up those outta glutes ... 4. Laying down hamstring curl 5. Smith machine glute thrust. This one will burn! Drive through those hips and SQUEEZE!! Tag a mate to give this a go! Apologies in advance for the pain the next day

20.01.2022 My top 5 exercises for building a strong back! #1 DEADLIFT you all knew its my number and my favourite exercise. Best exercise for overall strength #2 RACK PULLS for some reason i quite enjoy rack pulls especially after doing some deadlifts they just make thing burn that little more. I tend to mix it up between high& medium rack pulls. ... #3 CHIN UPS i switch it up between machine chin ups and banded bodyweight ones cause some days they just suck!! And i rather quality reps. #4 ROWS i mix it up with a combination of free weight BB rows, seated row machine and one arm cable rows. #5 LATPULL DOWN now this one really makes those lats pop! 01.01.2022 Just to think it was only 12months ago i was this little and tanned as . Time has gone fast! Hopefully ill be back on stage next year Proud as punch about that show because it was a healthy prep. I ate a variety of foods and CARBS!!! And my calories didnt drop under 2000. In my opinion Its better to jump on stage looking healthy than looking like your starved and very malnourished. Its a shame in some competitions its deemed as okay and acceptable. Not to mention the d...amage long term, it does to your body. Thats why I believe iifym (if it fits your macros) works wonders and you give your body everything it needs to function to its best. Remember athletes dont starve themselves!
