07.01.2022 It's a beautiful day today. Watching my children play reminds me how far we move away from the natural and uninhibited movement that we see in a 1 1/2 year old. I see my child's feet flat on the floor with her knees bent almost sitting on the floor quite comfortably in that position. Freedom of movement. It leads to a pain free body that moves well and feels well. Think about what you need to do to make that change and do it....
