24.01.2022 At Sami Design Architects we help our client in different ways! In our first client meeting with Wendy & Geoff on late March 2020, one of their main concerns was to get the Council approval for their 2 lots before 1st July 2020 to save a big $ amount on the current Sec 94 Contribution. It was only before another 4 neighbors join on board with the same concern. We promised to do our best and kept our words. Our team effort paid off and the application was approved on 90th-minute!
