24.01.2022 *Attention* - Paralowie school formal has been cancelled and possible new date will be announced at a later date. I am more than happy to hold your deposits and transfer to the new date. This goes for any of my formal clients Please get in touch ASAP if your event or formal is cancelled also. ... And just for the record, I WILL NOT be cancelling anyones appointments due to the possibility of catching the virus myself. I have implemented extra hygiene practises in the form of disposable gloves and a mask and I will continue to use hand washing and sanitising between clients as well as disposables. I will however be limiting classes for the time being. If your makeup artist has cancelled on you eg. MAC, Mecca etc, please feel free to get in touch and I will attempt to help where I can. Sami xx

24.01.2022 Hey guys Well Im back to work tomorrow Im so excited but definitely feeling anxious too. I just wanted to quickly post to ask a few things.. ... 1. Please dont bring anyone to your appointment with you. If you have no choice at all then I will never turn you away but I have a certain amount of clients I can have in the building at once so hope you can understand 2. I would prefer eft if you can. Again, I wont turn your money down but if you can please try and pay eftpos that would be amazing. 3. Please understand that I have a long list of brow clients who all want their brows done ASAP. All of which have out of control bushes that may mean it will take that little bit longer. Please be patient with me 4. I love the amount of support I have and without you, I simply would be no longer. So please, tell your friends and family to come see me too. I will always put my clients first and will always do my absolute best with each and every one of you. I have some pretty big goals ahead of me and with your love and support, big things are going to come from 2020 even if its already June and its been a shitshow so far 5. And lastly, keep your Rona, gastro, flu, herpes (just kidding, well kind of ) to yourselves. In other words, if youre sick please cancel Sami xx

23.01.2022 Huge apologies to anyone waiting on a reply.. after having more than 51 clients last week whilst battling severe tonsillitis to then also have surgery yesterday, its safe to say that I need a few days rest. Please understand that I am 1 person, yes I am a business but I run my services solo. Im not a huge corporation that can rely on other people to do the work for me. You book me because you want me and without me, I cant work. I will move heaven and earth to cater to al...l of my clients if I am physically able to (sometimes even when Im not). This is the makeup I did today for a gorgeous formal girl who I just simply could not cancel on. So we improvised, I sat down, she laid down and we took as long as we needed. Unfortunately this means a small increase in pricing ($5 for only 4 different services). New pricing is as follows.. Brow thread $25... Brow thread and tint $30 Full Face thread $50 Brow thread and Henna $55 I really do hope you can all understand its hard for me to increase pricing especially for all of my loyal and amazing clients

There is always that possibility that things might change for SA but I (like all of you) am very hopeful So, hola at me if youd like to book in. 09.01.2022 There is 1 thing I have learnt through 2020 is that women supporting other women is one of the greatest gifts we could offer one another My clients/followers have fast become family and have been the most supportive bunch of ladies through the last 9yrs of my life (not even just my career). From the bottom of my heart , from 1 woman, mother, friend, daughter to another; I am eternally grateful for everything that you are. ... I know Im just a makeup/brow artist but getting to know everyone through both face to face and virtual platforms has meant bonds have formed, milestones are shared, love is created and I care about your story just as you have mine. Theres no specific point to this post, just simply to say that I am grateful for my ability to get to know so many beautiful people Much love, Sami xx

05.01.2022 I would like to extend my sincere apologies to my beautiful clients for any inconvenience over these past few months. It’s been both stressful and depressing operating through COVID and personal hardships. Because of this, it is with great sadness that I announce the closure of my studio. Although it sucks to make the hard decision to close, it has also allowed me to reflect on my past, present and future. This has helped me to realise that my passion for what I do has fast... diminished and has resulted in work feeling like a burden instead of the safe haven I once loved and craved. I am sad to close this chapter but I am also super excited to join the team at Cut to the Chase Hair Studio. Being around likeminded, creative individuals definitely inspires me and I cannot wait to move in and be a part of it. Any current appointments/bookings will be contacted individually with confirmation of your appointment and location. Please bear with me while I get through them all I just want to extend my thanks to everyone who has supported me and continues to do so.
