22.01.2022 Our dogs are not garden ornaments they are our family. Please share to make others aware because some people just don't get it. . This image was originally ...posted by The Portage Animal Welfare Society hoping that those who never think about the harmful effects of chaining their dogs up can finally see what this does to them, & how this is not the way to treat a dog. A dog should be considered a family member, not a property. . Not to mention, leaving an unattended dog chained outside all the time can lead to many serious behavioural problems such as aggressive behavior & excessive barking. A Fur-ever home should be a loving home that gives the dog all the things he needs, which includes the warmth & love of a caring family & social interaction daily. Pets are your family! If anyone does chain their dog maybe they will think twice IF they read this!!
