25.01.2022 This is the really special dish for this week everyone. A braised beef short rib in a coconut stock with herbed salad. The slight hint of chili of the coconut broth goes really well on the really melting in your mouth meaty taste of the rib and the tangy fresh herbed salad. 18.01.2022 What about this delicious dish for next week menu? So this is my version of a classic Spanish dish called fideuà. It looks like a paella, but instead of the rice is angel hair pasta. But this is time I’m doing with CARNE SECA, which is the Brazilian version of jerky beef, topped with mash potato and cheese.
