11.01.2022 There is something all little bit exciting and secretive about heading to the room on Sundays... Seeing people heading to The Freo Social to have a boogie, families walking around the Freo Markets and yogis at Yogalab. So many people out and about on a Sunday afternoon making the most of the weekend. Knowing that my client and I are tucked away in the middle of it all carving out a sacred space. A little pocket of peace for transformation to take place. It’s like our little secret spot.

10.01.2022 My Fremantle Studio sessions are all booked up until mid January... But did you know that I can also come to you. An at home Reiki session can be a beautiful experience as after the session you are left in your own bliss bubble at your house with no need to travel. Leaving you more time and space to marinate in the insight, feelings and energy of your session. I come to you will all that we need for the session. All you need to provide is a quiet space and glass of water. If... you have pets, they are also welcome to join in the session. Pets are very attuned to energy and usually like to be in the room to soak up the Reiki vibes. As we come to the end of a very transformative and enlightening year this can be a beautiful opportunity to create some space to connect in with your heart as you take a look at what was and feel into what may be. 06.01.2022 10 things you may not know about me... ~ I hated having a boys name growing up and wanted to change it to Sarah. ~ I grew up at the base of @mt_buller but now live in Fremantle. I’m too obsessed with the blue hues of the ocean to leave. ~ I got over a phobia of snakes and eventually got my snake handlers certification. ... ~ I was an only child until I was 9 so I really enjoy having alone time. ~ I decided to do a life experiment and stop drinking for a year... it’s now been 3 and a half years. ~ I sucked my thumb all through primary school. I had a massive gap in my front teeth. ~ I still do handstands in the water when I go for a swim. (If you see someone doing them early morning at Port Beach it is probably me). ~ I nearly died when I was 28... I now call that experience my ‘Spiritual Awakening’ event. ~ I can’t measure distance... It could be 5 meters or 5 kilometres away... I’m not sure. ~ I still have to pretend write with my right hand to work out which is my right hand. What’s something about yourself you want to share
