These include: In order to minimise any risk of spreading the COVID 19 virus, the following will be implemented immediately. ....... 1. ALL GROOMING VISITS ARE TO BE CONTACTLESS. 2. Leave an electrical cord plugged in (not into a power board please) and turned on extending from your door /garage. 3. I will collect your dog with my slip lead, so please remove their collar/ lead/ harness. Dog will be returned the same way. 4. Payment by card is the only payment accepted. As situations change, so may these measures. I have gloves, masks, hand sanitiser and F10 -a vet grade sanitiser- to adhere to the strictest guidelines. I am trying to secure a table in a salon that will be allowed to open for 1 day (remember all salons will be hammered from the 28th) to groom my most urgent clients in melton/eynesbury. 14.01.2022 The Premier of Victoria has announced that as of 28/9 salons can open for contactless grooming in Stage 4. This unfortunately does not include mobile groomers like myself . We are still limited to Stage 3 areas. We will continue to lobby to change this. Will keep you updated. Thanks for all your support in these trying times , and give your puppers a hug for me

13.01.2022 COVID UPDATE...... The state government of Victoria still will not allow grooming in Stage 4 areas. I know your puppers are suffering but until we are given the go-ahead from government, my hands are tied. Many groomers, groomer groups, the RSPCA and Dogs Victoria are lobbying hard to allow grooming to resume in Stage 4, as for many this is now a welfare issue. As soon as there is news, I will update you all. Please contact your local vet for emergency grooming if needed. Be well and stay safe

03.01.2022 Why is it called "SAM SAM" ? because............... Mid afternoon Kae received an email from one of the Pounds she rescues from. I begged her to take a boy that no one wanted. He was overdue meaning he was past his euthanasia date. It meant he would get no reprieve after today. The heat was on. This boy came in and had done his time. 03.01.2022 This morning heaven gained a new angel. Gina has crossed the Bridge and gone to meet her maker and collect all the furries that have gone before her. The world will be a much emptier place. While we are heartbroken at our loss, her work with Golden Oldies WILL go on as was her greatest wish.
