21.01.2022 Hi everyone - apologies for the absence things have been pretty crazy around here lately! A quick post regarding available appointments for the next two weeks. All booked out Monday 21st but I have a 330pm available on Wednesday 23rd. Obviously Monday 28th is Easter Monday so I will be spending the day with my family but I have available a 330pm in Wednesday 30th and a 8am Sat 2nd April.

20.01.2022 Ahh Neroli oil, sometimes known as Orange Blossom oil, it is such a beautiful fragrance and has an abundance of properties in aromatherapy. 20.01.2022 Well it has been a while. Spring has sprung and bubba is 10 weeks old already!! I would like to take this opportunity to gauge who would be interested in massage on Sunday or Saturday - depending on availability. I am looking at doing a maximum of two bookings to work around bub. If this suits you please let me know so I can start planning my return to massage.

14.01.2022 Today I have made some playdough for my eldest who is home sick. Why is this on my massage therapy page you ask? Well I have taken the playdough one step further and added essential oils to it. So now I have this beautiful play and smell therapy for my sick one. I used the recipe on the back of the McKenzie's Cream of Tartar pack and the oils I added today are grounding, cleansing and relaxing - rosewood, petitgrain and grapefruit (1 drop of each) Of course if you have kids that still eat their toys this is not the way to go for you! Just a little proud of my effort and it smells awesome!!

09.01.2022 I have been warming up my massage hands over the last week, with hubby benefiting from my practicing. I am not far off being ready to resume work, with my core strength much improved and my hands 'broken' in once more!! The delay will be worth the wait as I did not want to massage my wonderful clients when I was not 100% ready. Watch this space for some available times, but please be aware that they will be a bit restricted as I am working around my little bundle of joy.
