10.05.2022 Last week we held our third annual Taste of Tasmania event in partnership with Harvest Moon - Forth Farm which was a huge success. Cooking plenty of dishes using all Harvest Moon produce such as - Swede Gnocchi in a burnt butter sauce - Broccoli & Parmesan Fritters with a lemon yogurt dressing - Beetroot pasta with crème fraiche ... - Carrot salad with a French vingarette - Sautéed green beans with chili, sesame seeds and toasted almonds - Caramelised onion tarts with crumbled feta - Snackables carrots with a variety of dips Comment below if you would like us to share the recipes!
