12.01.2022 This is one class you dont want to miss with #Repost @wagoodfoodguide As part of our Spring ABCs Dining & Content Series, were delighted to present the W for Wagyu Cooking Masterclass with Georgi Partenov, executive chef at WAGFG Top 50 restaurant Samsons Paddock, and Dave Gilmour of @futariwagyu The class will kick off with a demonstration of two more technical wagyu dishes, with both popular and lesser-known cuts. This is a chance to relax around the bench, h...ave a beer or wine and enjoy Partenovs instruction while Gilmour talks through the farming process. Youll then hit your cooking station to prepare two wagyu dishes alongside chef Partenov, pairing them with complementary side dishes of WA spring produce.
