18.01.2022 What's DONBURI(Don)? It is a traditional Japanese "rice bowl dish" consisting of fish, meat, vegetables or other ingredients simmered together and served over rice. This is Katsu-don which breaded deep-fried chicken cutlets (chcken-katsu) and onion are simmered and binding by beaten egg. Samurai fans, remember to enjoy a Donburi for your main dish.
