14.01.2022 We have some exciting news regarding sana sessions come next week The weekly workout will be posted every Monday and will be a functional training session. If you’re like me and are more motivated in a group setting, I’ll set a meeting date/time to do the workout throughout the week! We will supply the workout equipment, you will just need to bring a towel/mat if you have one!
