17.01.2022 Sanae Services has added a new string to its bow; The performance of Land Capability Assessment studies. If someone wants to build a house in a precinct without reticulated sewerage, Council will often ask for a Land Capability Assessment (LCA) to come with the application for a Planning Permit. An LCA indicates how suitable the soil is for the absorption of treated household effluent. Sanae Services has recently completed its first LCA, under the valued guidance of two eminent persons in the this discipline, Dr Robert van de Graaff and Paul Williams.
