19.01.2022 SA Nationals update regarding COVID-19 and our State Conference.
11.01.2022 The SA Government released today it's roadmap for easing COVID-19 restrictions. We are pleased that regional travel is one of the first restrictions to be lifted which will allow tourism and trade to return to regional areas whose economies have been decimated by the impact of COVID. Don't forget we've still got a long road ahead of, and that we all depend on each one of us to play our part to defeat the virus and return SA back to normality.
07.01.2022 Thank you Senator Canavan for your visit tonight. If your wanting to see more federal members of cabinet visiting Regional SA then sign up to the party at http://sa.nationals.org.au/nats2stayinsa/
07.01.2022 Do you support increased minium representation in the senate for Regional SA? 1 out of 12 SA federal senators live and operate out of Regional SA equating to 8% representation for 23% of the population. Regional SA should have 3 regional senators (based on % of total population, excluding geographical distribution) to help ensure Regional SA has a fair representation in the Australian Senate. Barnaby Joyce introduced a private members bill this week which would mean regional ...Australia would evenly represented in federal parliament including a constraint that no senator should have to cover more than 30% of a state. 05.01.2022 COVID-19 Update: The Deputy Prime Minister has confirmed that "Any activity in the supply chain that is food production related will be exempt from lock downs."
03.01.2022 A National Party birthday celebration isn't complete without a wombat cake.
