19.01.2022 Over the years many of my beloved guests have enjoyed produce in their breakfasts, dinners and picnic baskets from the awesome initiative that is Prom Coast Food Collective. So with this pesky COVD19 inconvenience preventing me from hosting guests, I offered to help out on Sunday mornings with packing food deliveries for Melbourne-based customers. What an honour and privilege to get to work alongside the likes of Pam and Tyler from Finnmaw Farm, Burke from Prom Country Chee...se, Ilan from Mirboo Pastured Poultry, Amelia from Amber Creek Farm and Sawmill, Colin from Colin and Sallys Organic Lamb and Beef, Betsy and Angela from @oakandswan_sourdough and Rachel from Butterfly Factory Gippsland. Its also been great getting to know customers by packing their orders! 12.01.2022 Some days I am just extra super happy. My lovely guests, who got married here in February last year, turned up yesterday with a surprise. A 27 week surprise, hatching in January next year. So we just had to have an extra special, pure-as-the-driven snow breakfast this morning. Nicole, John and Bev, you did a fabulous job of teaching us just how easy it is to make the absolute most of summers bounty.
