20.01.2022 We are seeking a warm, heart-centred person for 10-12 hours/week of nannying and light housekeeping in exchange for accommodation in our private studio apartment on our beautiful rural property. Our children are aged 9, 6 and 5 and attend the local Steiner School. The studio is separate from our house and is fully self-contained, with just the bathroom shared part time with my office. Ideally for a two month period (December/January) but happy to extend ongoing if it works for everyone. Preferably start by December. Must have own car!

15.01.2022 Another project approval through today - hooray!! This one is for a secondary dwelling in Ewingsdale. By keeping the floor area to 60sqm we saved the client $20k in contribution fees and about 8 weeks in approval time.
