17.01.2022 What a delightful home! Located opposite St Georges Basin Golf Course and boasting 3 bedrooms (2 with built-in robes), attractive feature timber linings and split system Air Conditioning, this property will fit many buyers. The grounds are tastefully landscaped and show the benefits of a green thumb, with a lovely private verandah deck enjoying views across the greenery. The car accommodation has drive through access to the rear yard where a garden shed stands for storage of mowers and like things. Within walking distance to the Country Club and having the local bus pass the front door. Shops and facilities just minutes away. Contact Wayne to book an inspection
