21.01.2022 We are looking forward to advising that we have DA approval imminently. We will be putting out a monthly newsletter on progress together with Drone footage across the site during construction.
21.01.2022 Happy New Year to all. We are getting closer to completing works on site with registration expected in either the last week of February or the first week of March. This will be for Stage 1 and Stage 2. Please note that whilst we have had 6 releases all lots will be delivered as part of Stage 1 and Stage 2 plans of subdivision. I have also had lots of people wanting to know what their site classification soil result is. We have submitted a final draft report to Council for ap...proval and the results of the soil classifications are found within the attached table. We will be allowing access to site for the valuers and builders in the last week of Jan once the final levels have been cleaned up and the final service connections are completed. 14.01.2022 It is with great pleasure that we can now advise we have received Development Approval for Stages 1 and 2 of Sanctuary Ponds. Our contractor has started mobilising on site and we are working with the Private Certifier to issue a construction certificate in the next week to commence work. We will provide a further update once construction certificate has been issued. Thank you for your patience during this time.
