21.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFORMATION - We recently had a guy apply for a position with us, over the phone he advised he had years of Carpentry experience so we asked him to come to site for a trial. This guy was asked to leave our site within minutes and again several times following however he refused. ... He did not have the carpentry experience he claimed to have over the phone, he did not have the correct PPE and did not pick up one tool. My other employees will confirm this. We look after our employees, we pay them above award rates, overtime and bonuses. Their super is always paid on time and accrue long service leave. Now this guy has talked rubbish to his mates and they are trying to ruin our business and opportunities for other people to secure work. I certainly don’t want a liar or someone like this to be part of my team. He wonders why he is unemployed!!!
