24.01.2022 This is so exciting..... a hospital and its staff were open to trying aromatherapy oils and the results are amazing!! Something so simple that had profound effects on staff stress levels and patient wellbeing. Hopefully more hospitals get on board!

22.01.2022 Were any of you able to witness the lunar eclipse last night? I have to say I missed it as it happened in the early hours of the morning in Perth so I was snuggled up in bed. Sure felt the energy of it though!

20.01.2022 Have you been feeling all over the place emotionally.....feeling sad, angry, overwhelmed......generally uncomfortable and irritable with everyone and everything? Have you been having a lot of physical symptoms lately.....migraines/headaches or dizziness, heart palpitations or anxiety, joint aches and pains, pressure at the base of the skull/neck or like your physical body is chaotic at this time? Then you are experiencing the physicalisation of the embodiment that is occurrin...g and being amplified at this time as we pass through the triple eclipse passageway. We have already had the first eclipse together with the full moon on the 5th of June which will be followed by the Winter Solstice and Solar eclipse on the 20th of June. This is a very important galactic alignment that will allow all the starseeds, light beings and wayshowers to embrace and awaken more fully our multidimensional selves and unify with them in our physical form. This doorway will allow the incoming influx of light to activate and awaken the next level of light codes that we are ready to activate, illuminating and activating, or further activating for some, our personal sun or stargate in our core so we are pure and clear conduits of the Golden Christ plasma light on earth. The full moon and lunar eclipse on the 4th of July will bring further integration of our embodiment and the codes that have been activated within. Spend time in meditation and stillness and go within as you allow yourself to embody and merge into your physical your Divine essence and consciousness.....the I AM. Stay well hydrated, listen to your body as to how you can nurture and support it at this time and have love and compassion for yourself. And when it gets really intense or overwhelming......pause, breathe........and remember who you are..... This is why you came! Use your power of acknowledgement, acceptance and forgiveness of self and others for all that has been created in separation.......and with love, gratitude and compassion bear witness to the dismantling of the 3D reality. Immense love and gratitude to you all as we navigate this intensity together.

19.01.2022 We finished the day at this beautiful place. (The name escapes me right now...) This water comes out of a cave in the mountain and is always flowing. They have sent divers 200m into the cave and cannot find the source. The energies here were out of this world. Could have stayed here for hours.

17.01.2022 The ancient town of Mostar was a highlight for me. It had winding cobble streets and so much history. It was built in the 15th century as an Ottoman frontier town.
