25.01.2022 HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL, AND A BIG WELCOME TO 2021..LETS HOPE IT IS A BETTER YEAR THAN THE LAST.... THAT WOULDNT BE HARD THOUGH WOULD IT.... OUR NURSERY IS OPEN SAT AND SUNDAY 2MD AND 3RD. FROM 10-30 TO 4PM... ALL WECOME TO COME AND HAVE A LOOK..WE HAVE LOTS OF NEW PLANTS AND OF COURSE ALL OUR OLD FAVOURITES.. MY ADDRESS IS ON THIS PAGE SO HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL SOON

21.01.2022 Well some cooler weather is on us now and a welcome change i think... we will be open this coming weekend 5th and 6th. we will have available the first new seasons Hydrangea, such a lovely colour..they are in 6" pots and very healthy some budding and colour bud already..$10 per pot... also starting this weekend we will have available Gift Certificate..these will make an ideal xmas present for someone..You can nominate your own value, there is no limit or minimum amount. they are valid for 12 months... so check us out ..lots of new plants as we now have quite a few salvias, natives and lavender...

20.01.2022 Good Morning.... I would like to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas and a very happy new year... I would also like to thank the many wonderful people who visited our nursery during what has been a very difficult year for us all...Ken and I have met some lovely people, heard a lot of gardening stories and life stories...its been a wonderful time and we are looking forward to a new year which we hope will be even better than this one... So thank you again and see you early in the new year...

19.01.2022 just to let our customers know that it is time to change over to our Autumn/Winter slow release fertiliser...It is now available ..So those who have purchased and been using the Spring /Summer one it is a good time to make the switch.... open both days on the weekend from 10-30 am to 4pm....

19.01.2022 Good evening..just thought i would let you know that this evening on the community forum pages as well as my normal ad for what we have for sale this weekend, i am advising that we are selling several of our large wire/fibre Fuchsia baskets. These have been our Mother plant that we have been propagating fuchsia from for the last 3 years. so they are advanced plants..the baskets are 16 to 18"across and the plants are in full flower... have a look at our ad, i am featuring two of them tonight and another one next friday night...

19.01.2022 Well another weekend is on us and only two weeks till Christmas... we have lots of lovely plants available for gift giving and we also have our Gift Certificates available to give a gardening friend... we have available some lovely fuchsia baskets and pots, mandevilleas, a few miniature roses left, plus all of our usual flowering annuals for $2.50 per pot...so come along, weather is going to be nice, we would love to see you

19.01.2022 Hi just want to let everyone know we are now stocking a range of Planter Boxes and Potting Benches all made locally and with Re-cycled timber...they look good and are functional..also they wont break the bank.... so we have just a plain planter box, one with a mesh frame at the back to grow something on and also a potting bench which is on castors for ease of use.... all on display at our nursery..They are well made, strong and look good too.... come along on the weekend and have a look...

17.01.2022 well we have had a lovely and busy week here at our garden and we are open both saturday and sunday ..weather may not be as nice but you are all welcome to come and have a look at what we have...We are going to start "Plant of the Week" and this week it is a lovely Westringia with a gorgeous lilac flower...this is a lovely native that will definitely attract the birds, bees and butterflies into your garden.... the pic with two pots in are what is for sale..they are $9 per pot..

16.01.2022 Another beautiful day in Sellicks Beach..the nursery will be open saturday and sunday 5th and 6th. and this weekend we have a special introductory offer.. we now have available Gift Certificates just in time for Christmas..If you are looking for a gift for someone, you nominate the value of the Gift Certificate and it remains valid for 12 months... this weekend we would like to offer our customers who spend $25 and over a free $5 Gift Certificate which they can redeem on their next visit or give to someone as a christmas gift... sometimes you need a small gift and this is the perfect way to take care of it... so come along and have a browse, we have some lovely of our old favouries plus a few newbies....

08.01.2022 Well we will be opening the nursery today as it is going to be a bit cooler than expected... so come along and have a look at our very large range of plants..This weekend we have the first of our new seasons Fuschias for sale ...they are in flower and in 6" pots ready for you to put into a basket or tub... they are $9 each and some lovely colours...Plus we have a couple of new daisy in full flower...in box me if you need further information, or just come along open from 10-30 am today 28th....oh also from next weekend we will have our Gift Certificates avail in time for christmas... you nominate the value...hope to see you today

07.01.2022 Thank you to the lovely people from U3A who visited our garden today. although it was warm, it was a good turnout and hopefully people are happy with the lovely plants they purchased from us...thank you for the lovely gift ...a mate for our dicky bird who has been on his own for some years, he is over the moon....happy gardening to all and look forward to seeing you again...

01.01.2022 Well we are enjoying the lovely weather we are having at the moment, however know that we do need some rain.. so lots to do in the garden while it is nice, tidy up some of the shrubs that have finished flowering, maybe dig up dahlia bulbs instead of leaving them in the ground... you could divide them and give one or two to a friend... i am taking advantage of dormant plants to re-do my large garden bed at the back..so have already removed the agapanthus and dug up all my dahlia bulbs and about to start turning the soil before i start the new plantings... thanks to a couple of lovely gift vouchers for Mothers Day, i have two new additions to the family, cant wait to see where i put them.... happy gardening all..dont forget if you need any help or advice you only have to in box me here or my mobile number is on this page....
