24.01.2022 Hi everyone, with lockdown being lifted classes are back on this week (all going well). There will be no Monday morning class but all other classes are full steam ahead. You can book your classes now. If you are in credit for last week, I will apply that to your classes this week. Please come and dance with me (as don't know when the next lock down will be lol).... 23.01.2022 Hi everyone, just letting you know I've now decided to only teach Face to Face classes. There will no longer be an online Tuesday class. While life is returning to somewhat normal here in Queensland, I'm grateful to be able to teach Face to Face again. I love connecting with my participants and the energy of live classes. I'm extremely grateful to have been able to teach online and have it as a back up if the need arises again. Thank you to everyone that has supported my online classes this year. Sandra

21.01.2022 SATURDAY CLASS UPDATE As we have a further 24 hour lockdown there will be no Saturday class. Please please please support my classes when lockdown is lifted.... 06.01.2022 Even instructors carry injuries. A burning sensation in my left heal and a podiatrist visit today confirmed the dreaded plantar fasciitis with nerve pain. It turns out I've had my orthotics since 2016. Way to long. I use them for every class. Foot strapped and new orthotics on order. Soon I'll be like new again. ... Yes Zumba Gold is for beginners, Active Older Adults, people coming back from injuries, people of all fitness levels and people with two left feet. The truth is the class is for everybody. There are no labels in my class. Everyone is welcome and everyone feels welcome. We are more than a class, we are a community. ... So what are you waiting for.
