25.01.2022 Good Morning As a small family business we have many people contact us through Facebook Gumtree or by phone for quotes. Which we are so grateful for. ... Shane happily heads out to their properties to do their quotes and thankfully a majority of them are accepted. We do however, then find with some potential clients that once accepted and everything is arranged we never hear back from them when we are due to start. We have learnt that because we work our price on LABOUR ONLY many have moved onto the PTY LTD companies that can provide everything for one price and we sadly lose that work. Obviously being a small family business we depend on the accepted quotes and when we are left hanging, we struggle financially ourselves. We would very much appreciate it that if you do decide not to go ahead with our quote after accepting, to please let us know well in advance instead of no response to our messages/phone calls. We hope this isn't too abrupt and it doesn't deter anyone from becoming clients in the future. Many Thanks Shane and Sarah

24.01.2022 Good Morning We are a small family business, being just my Husband and Myself (admin). When we quote the affordable prices for your jobs the quote covers LABOUR ONLY NOT SUPPLIES/MATERIALS. ... We will however supply sand/cement which will need reimbursing on completion, pending the size of your job. Sands Creations are more than happy to source all materials you need and also work out the price for materials, but we can't supply. The client would need to order and have the materials delivered before work can start or we can pick them up for you. I hope this doesnt deter any clients in the future. 05.01.2022 Sands Creations would like to thank everyone that has requested and accepted our quotes in the last few months during these uncertain times. It has definitely been a worrying time for our little family business as it has for a lot of people. Covid is affecting each and every one of us, in one way or another.... We have been unsure as to whether we have had to close our business and whether we have had enough finances to keep us going. With huge thanks to you guys we have been so lucky to keep our business open and flowing nicely. We do however feel the need to send our apologies for the time you are having to wait to get your work done due to the wet weather we've been having.
