17.01.2022 Do you find yourself comparing your life against others? Maybe through Instagram or Facebook posts? Maybe when you see someone else and think, 'I'm not as good as her.' Stop it! Stop comparing yourself with others. Why? We don't know what they're going through and whether they're also comparing themselves to you. Maybe they see the sparkle in your eye that you don't see. Maybe they see the smile you've given and think you have everything together. Maybe they see that no matter what your story, what your difference, you've shown kindness. And maybe they're inspired to be kind too.

16.01.2022 Playdough. The go-to sensory activity that really doesn't require a lot of clean up. Yes, the small pieces will get to the floor (a large playdough ball in your... hand picks up small pieces mysteriously!) but the pleasure. Oh the pleasure. As your child moulds and designs, builds and pushes down, rolls and stamps ... they will be learning. Did you know the sensory aspect isn't wasted on a grown-up who sits next to them, moulding and designing too? Chat away. Ask what they're making. And just for fun, make a batch of playdough with lemon essence included in the ingredients.
