Our intention: To Reclaim our sovereign selves. We Connected with bodhi tree, Buddha, & the lotus- (lotus represents wisdom). ‘Mantra- Aum mane Padme hum’ -the method is in the lotus. ( Satya- Truthfulness & pure heart- 2nd of the Yamas- Ethical Principles).We added our individual values/ truths to the energetic cauldron- all honouring our uniqueness. Connecting to earth- support and love; water- flow, ease & grace, fire- spirit & strength;air- heart& softness, with each shape, we found our balance, our center...Our yoga practice included asanas- physical postures, pranayama- breath control, pratyhara- withdrawal from the senses, Dharana- concentration-into the state of yoga- union with our divinity, our higher bliss state.
