The Navel (aka: The Belly button): Did you know you can put differ...ent carrier oils and essential oils in and around the belly button? Our Navel (Nabhi), is an amazing gift that our Creator has given us. According to science, the first part created after conception is the navel. After it is created, it joins the mothers placenta through the umbilical cord. Our Navel is surely an amazing thing! All our veins are connected to our navel, which makes it the focal point of our body. The belly button gave life itself! The "Pechoti" is behind the navel, which has more than 72,000 veins. The dictionary definition of Courage "is the quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger or pain without fear". Someone with Courage is bold & brave, unafraid to ...face tough challenges. Having courage means acting hen others are afraid of the danger, or simply acting without fear of failure. To me, having Courage means overcoming extraordinary challenges. Everyday acts of courage to practice & celebrate: Apologise. It takes Courage to admit you are wrong Beeee Yourself! 10.01.2022 Rules for successful dieting What the literature has PROVEN 1. Lose weight slowly 2. Do not decrease protein 3. Resistance train... No matter what your dieting preference whatever you want to include your diet is inferior to that fact the above rules need to be followed for successful dieting. This is a great approach when dealing with an athletic population however it can also be used as a tool to optimise the health of the general population. If you can adopt the mindset of an athlete (even though you may not be one) you truly can optimise your physique NOT JUST drop the kgs on a scale. These rules will help you: MAXIMISE fat loss MAINTAIN/ INCREASE muscle mass Rule 1. Lose weight at no more than 1% of your body weight per week. The slower the better. This will ensure that the weight you are losing is predominately from fat while sparring your muscle mass and metabolism. Rule 2. Maintain protein in your diet. No protein, no protein muscle synthesis. More muscle mass = increased metabolic rate. Minimum 1.6g/kg bodyweight when in calorie deficit. Rule 3. Resistance train!
