19.01.2022 We're releasing something special at Ginuary - Hobart tomorrow and here's a hint. Who knows what this is?

19.01.2022 Sandy Gray's latest seasonal release is Winter Gin, which strictly speaking is a gin liqueur. We are releasing this on June 22nd - the winter solstice. Dried fruits, leatherwood honey, vanilla bean, allspice and cayenne have been macerating in our specially designed gin base featuring juniper, orange, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.... This process takes several months and the resulting liqueur is a beautifully balanced and smooth drink that is reminiscent of drinking an alcoholic plum pudding. The inspiration came from two separate Christmas Pudding recipes from the 1800's from Bob and Neil's great-grandmothers both of whom hailed from Aberdeen in Scotland. It will be available on the website or from your local stockist from 22nd of June. It is a limited production run so don't miss out.

18.01.2022 It’s #WorldGinDay, so why not celebrate with a Sandy Gray Gin Negroni? We certainly will be! 25ml Sandy Gray Gin 25ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino 25ml Campari... Orange wedge Pour Gin, Vermouth and Campari into mixing glass with ice. Stir well until the glass feels cold. Strain into tumbler with ice. Garnish with orange wedge. Enjoy!

15.01.2022 The Great 2021 Pepperberry Gathering Expedition. We use Pepperberry's (Tasmannia lanceolata) in our Sandy Gray Small Batch Artisan Gin and like to gather our own, as there can be a bit of variation on the amount of pepper taste, once they are dried. We had lots of fun gathering them and now have plenty for the rest of the year
