If your land is held on trust and has a current exemp...tion from land tax in place, the exemption will continue to apply (if all criteria continue to be met). For land acquired after 30 June 2020, all trustees must inform RevenueSA of land held on trust, regardless of whether or not it is exempt from land tax.
