14.01.2022 It was an Italian dinner for my son Shannon’s birthday .... Sicilian salmon with roasted broccoli and avocado on the side, and then for some dessert... a Decadent Baileys Ferrero Rocher chocolate cake.

14.01.2022 Absolutely soft Cotton sponge cake with fresh cream and strawberry coulis, the perfect light dessert after a good meal of Thai green curry, and then to finish it off with some coffee and these beautiful almond cookies, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, loved them.

03.01.2022 I feel so privileged to have made this cake for Melford’s mum about 6 weeks ago, which sadly was her last birthday celebration but was so happy to hear she loved it. I received the following message from him. ‘Hi Sandra. Thanks a lot for your time in making that cake for mum. Now there were praises from each and everyone at the party. It was beautiful and not even a single piece left over. It was finished in minutes after it was cut by mum. Thanks for all you effort and... time.
