25.01.2022 VERY VERY IMPORTANT MEETING!!! Hi Everyone, at 3pm this WEDNESDAY the 27th of MAY - I would like to talk to all of you about Term 3. The Webinar will be LIVE and I will answer questions as we go because I'm sure there will be a lot of thoughts about where we are at the moment.... 09.01.2022 What a beautiful High Tea at the RACV-Club in the city today. A Gorgeous venue for a Fantastic Cause!! Such an eye opener to how so many people suffer this dreadful disease. I sincerely hope that research will get on top of this!

There will always be a SPSY Class on my Sanett's Fitness site to do at anytime but your other classes that we send you that is mostly LIVE,,,,,,,,,,,for those you have to go to "Sanett Botha" and scroll down. I promise they will be there at the time that your class is supposed to start unless there is an Internet Problem!! I do sometimes send the classes even before your class time but otherwise it's mostly live, either way, you will always have a class,,,,Love You Guys xxxx
