13.01.2022 ONLINE CLASSES || Over the past few weeks, my practice has been such a saving grace - helping to counteract the physical effects of a suddenly sedentary lifestyle and the energetic and mental effects of the onslaught of massive changes that come with lockdown living. As some restrictions begin to ease, we are hopeful that it won't be too long until we can practice in shared space again. If you are missing your practice and would like to ease back in, we will be offering some online classes starting 5 May - from our homes to yours.You can book in for these via our website, and we will email you a link to join us prior to the start of the session.
