24.01.2022 This client approached us with concerns of rot in their exterior timber staircase. After inspecting we determined that the staircase had severe damage and were unsafe. The client trusted in our opinion opted for a complete rebuild of the stairs and landing with the inclusion of a safety gate at the top of the stairs to match the current style. ... Demolition of the staircase was almost as simple as pushing it over. We reconstructed the stairs using treated hardwoods that will withstand both termites and the elements, matching to replicate the original structure. We then painted the staircase to match the existing colour scheme. We care about our clients safety and endeavour to ensure that we provide the best outcomes for our clients and their family.

16.01.2022 First part of a ground floor alteration, new sliding door and fixed panel window installed letting in a much larger amount of light. Also we have installed a solid timber with frosted glass entry door in place if an old window. Next part will be to fill in between pillars and plaster the downstairs area to create a modern media/office area.

10.01.2022 This was a relatively simple process to modernise this bathroom. We understand the importance of working to a budget and making certain the cost never goes over that budget. But that doesnt mean the end result needs to be any less impressive. An old shower, no waterproofing meant we had a floor to repair and Instate appropriate waterproofing methods to prevent from happening again. Then we married the two floor levels into 1 creating a bigger feel to the bathroom. A full wall niche with a black marble print tile accentuates the black ceaser stone bench top of the wall hung vanity. A few modern furnishings make the laundry much more easier to work with. And of course a few coats of paint make the world of difference.

09.01.2022 Its been a little quiet over here on our page but we havent stopped working... keep an eye on our page to see what the boys have been up to lately.. This is a... recent bathroom renovation for a client. The provisions were already in place for this renovation, plumbing was required and some small amount ground works. The stunning combinations of fresh white wall tiles with a light grey floor and wall feature tile leaves this bathroom looking fresh and open making this smaller space look more inviting for our client.

02.01.2022 Our client wanted to remove the double sliding door and enclose the wall in making the room a more usable space for the family. The door was removed and the wall replaced both internally and externally. Our brick work was sourced to match the exisiting bricks on the house.
