17.01.2022 The most extraordinary thing to see ! along our West End reach of the Brisbane River / to be walking just at that moment when we noticed our local Australasian Darter Bird swimming with a huge fish in its mouth / kept diving & swimming to the concrete stairs / jumped up ! about 5 deep stairs with huge fish in its mouth then swallowed it whole ..incredible! then jumped back down / shook its feathers and was off !
