23.01.2022 Corlette currently has a power outage, so unless the power returns we will unfortunately have to close for lunch. We apologise for any inconvenience. We should be open at our usual time for dinner service though!

04.01.2022 We have a new special dish available now! Chiang Mai Noodle Soup! This northern Thai dish is served with a chicken drumstick, crispy noodles and a creamy Khao Soi curry based sauce. We made this dish to celebrate the northern Thai heritage of our new chef. Come on in or call and enjoy today!
