Must be confident in handling large warmbloods. Role includes cleaning several stables in the morning and feeding and rugging/unrugging paddock horses in the morning and afternoon every weekend. 12.01.2022 Riders at Sansar Equestrian had a successful time at ALEC in Tamworth and SIEC in Sydney over the weekend. There were PB’s and rosettes all round: At the NSW State Dressage Championships, Sarah Hanslow and Revelwood Destiny achieved a PB and qualifying Nationals score in their AOR Inter 1 class, for 3rd place Sarah also rode Lets Showtime for a PB in the AOR Medium test for 7th place and a qualifying Nationals score At the Waratah Showjumping World Cup, Er...in Dickinson and Nicholas B rode a great round for 3rd in their 1.25m class Thanks to all the organisers, sponsors and volunteers of both events; horses and riders alike had a blast

12.01.2022 COVID restrictions resulted in a regional dressage competition being cancelled so we held an informal mini-competition day here at Sansar for some of the girls. Isabelle Aylward riding Jumbo (Revelwood Florentine), Claudia Aylward riding Sunday, and Lucy Payne riding Tessa. Couldn't be complete without copious champagne and nibbles afterwards!

08.01.2022 A week long State of Emergency has been declared across New South Wales from tomorrow due to catastrophic bushfire conditions including strong winds and 37C temperatures. Sansar is a mostly cleared property at Somersby and our steel stable complex is right in the middle. With a powerful firefighting pump, 170m of firefighting hose lengths (same as used by the Rural Fire Service), currently over 90,000 litres of water in the underground concrete stable tank and another 45,000... litres in reserve by gravity transfer, we are always prepared to fight a grass fire or ember attack. Sansar is also entirely solar powered with battery and diesel generator backup, and is completely independent of the state electricity grid. If your horse is in danger from bushfires and you have transport, they are always welcome to take refuge here!

A very informative day and I’m sure everyone learned a lot from Vicki with her constructive positive feedback. Looking forward to when we can do another day.
