18.01.2022 Our Grandmaster visited our club last Friday to work with our instructors and demonstration team. We are very lucky to be able to learn from such a talented martial artist. Grandmaster Lee is an 8th Dan Blackbelt, International Referee and has won medals at several major events.

12.01.2022 Its great to be back to work and school but this also mean more stress for many people. Sometimes an intense workout is needed! This was a tough finisher for our activator class to help them bust stress. Working with a partner going round for round they did as many rounds of possible in 12 Minutes of 10 x Double KB Swing, Clean, Jerk.

A1- Bottoms-Up Kettlebell Presses: Great exercise for shoulder stability A2 -Bent Over Plate Raise: Targets rear deltoids & upper back muscles... The sensor health type is often most creative and very is intellectual but they can also be very stiff and will often suffer from shoulder and neck pain with traditional strength training. Because of this, we program targeted, lighter load exercises that can be done safely even if clients haven't got the best range. #strengthandconditioning #getfit #shaefit
