04.01.2022 So nice to see some rain over the last couple of months. After a very hot long summer the Sandalwood trees are coming back to life. New shoots slowing taking over the brown foliage there's also some seeds showing themselves. Being a native to the wheatbelt area the Sandalwood has adapted to live in this harsh climate. Basically going into a dormant state over the hot summer without water. Just when you think they are down and out they will get moisture from the first rains of the year and off they shoot again.
