08.01.2022 Candied orange peels covered with dark chocolate. This is a real delicacy and takes a lot of time and work. The orange peels are boiled several times to remove the bitter part, in water and sugar. Once candied, they are covered with dark chocolate and left to dry. One of our favorite creations.
