19.01.2022 Earlier this year we acted for a father who sought sole parental responsibility of his 2 children aged 9 and 11 years. The father alleged the mother suffered from mental health and drug abuse issues. We succeeded in the application. 02.01.2022 Recently we acted for a mother in an undefended parenting matter in which she sought sole parental responsibility for her 3 children and to relocate with her children to the USA. We filed her application to relocate on 31 January 2019. Notwithstanding the lengthy court delays, we expedited the matter to have it heard on a final basis within 4 months.
