12.01.2022 Many have asked us the meaning behind our logo. For those who may be interested, here goes. It is called La Trinacria, it’s history is complex! Trinacria was the ancient name of Sicily. It is composed of the head of the Medusa, with entwined serpent’s hair and ears of wheat.... Medusa is the patron goddess and protector of Sicily, the wheat represents the fertility of the land. The three legs represent the three promontories of Sicily, Cape Pelorus(Nth-East), Cape Passero(South) and Cape Lilibeo(West).
